Social Harmony and Development Organization has various aims and objectives to run the organization according to the planned criteria;

             To create a Peace among the community members.
 
             To Create a just and tolerant Society.
 

     To organize various activities of Social Harmony Program in the community.
 

     To Create opportunities for the community to develop themselves while taking advantages from the organizations program.
 

     To create opportunities for the youth to develop themselves by creating job opportunities through self employment schemes.
 

     To create occupational or vocational centers for the unemployed and needy amongst the poorer sections of the community.
 

             To locate and direct unemployed and needy community members and provide, impart, donations or obtain technical financial and managerial
                skill support and assistance for them.

             To provide wherever possible education and medical relief to the poor and needy and to undertake as many other objects of general public
                utility as are possible. 

             To organize, encourage, conduct and participate in developmental program and training courses for the adaptation and dissemination of with
                conditions in the country with a view to alleviate deprivation, poverty, unemployment and with a particular emphasis on better utilization of
                local resources To open, finance, run, maintain, aid, promote and continue educational and vocational schools, colleges or other similar
                institutions, for the beneficiaries.  

             To conduct campaign in order to promote Women Rights among the women to lead a better and respectable life in the community and in
                four walls of the house.

             To organize and conduct various Street Play, in order to aware the community members how to avoid any unnecessary disputes and specially
                for women to get information about their rights by viewing the plays.

             To conduct various relief programs of books and food distribution among the needy and poor section of the community in order to help
                them to get education and proper food to eat & and to provide Rehabilitation Facilities to Disabled Children.

             And generally to do all that may be necessary in the interest of the realization of the above objectives of the Society directly or indirectly.
